Shawn Keeler

Growing up in Phoenix, I was surrounded by builders, investors, and entrepreneurs who helped shape many of the communities we know today. My father built the Japanese Friendship Garden, along with numerous parks, schools, and residential communities throughout the Valley. Around the same time, my wife’s family built one of the largest apartment companies in the southwest, Evans Withycombe.

I spent 20 years in leadership roles with high growth startups, agencies, and global technology companies. Throughout that time, I remained actively involved in real estate, investing in rental properties, land opportunities, and REITs. That experience has given me firsthand insight into evaluating risk, identifying value, and understanding how real estate fits into a broader wealth building strategy.
